We tried a different lake this weekend, we went to Perry Lake and stayed at the Cottonwood Campground. The boys enjoyed some Popsicles, Halsey had her first Smore, and we went on a disaster of a nature walk. We ended up RUNNING out of the woods because Matt and Griffin had 100's of Ticks crawling all over them, the rest of us only had a couple. Went back for early showers and some dinner. I don't think we will be going back to perry, it wasn't all Matt remembered as a kid going there. Next weekend we are going to Stockton lake so hopefully it will be a better experience.
The other picture is of Griffin and Halsey on the way back home. Griffin fell asleep and Halsey kept putting her fingers in his mouth. It was funny! He just slept right through the picking and poking.
