I slacked on the family Easter picture this year. Poor Halsey was just so tired (so I thought) so I just took a couple pictures of her in her beautiful dress. She is going to be wearing this dress again it is just sooo pretty I can't get enough!
As it turns out....I tried to get her to take a nap at Matt's Cousins house where we went for Easter lunch, but she would just not calm down. she would just lay on me and sleep a minute and then wake up screaming. so we left early to come home and give her a rest. After a 2 hour nap she woke up a little happier. we were playing on the floor while i contemplated taking her to the ER or waiting until morning. when I heard a wheeze! So off to the ER we went. We got right in since her O2 was a little down, her heart rate was up, resps were up and she had quite the fever. Turns out after a dose of motrin, breathing treatment, a chest x-ray, a shot of antibiotics and a 4 hour stay. she has an ear infection and Pneumonia. Poor baby! She is resting now and feeling a little better. sorry sister girl I think tomorrow will be better.

That dress is amazing! I'm always so bummed when I get just one wear out of them... good thing for photos :)
what a bummer! i read about this on facebook. hope she's doing a lot better already and your other kids don't catch it!
