Camping Trip

This weekend was family fun to the extreme! We went to Smithville lake with the new camper and had so much fun walking the trails, roasting marshmallows, riding bikes, playing on the playground, making dirt race tracks with matchbox cars and telling ghost stories by the campfire. Looking forward to a full summer of fun! The weather was perfect and the kids had a blast. We even met some new friends. We hope to go back there in a couple weeks. It is so amazing waking up to see the beautiful lake and hearing the birds chirping. I was even proud of CoCo a couple times, protecting the kids and watching them on the trail. Until we got a meet and greet from the campers next to us..."oh Hi, I'm Heather this is Jason, That is a beautiful dog, She sure loves sandwiches!" Us: " Hi I'm Matt this is Heidi, sorry about the sandwiches, yes, she can swipe a meal faster than you can blink. would you like a s'more?..."
